CHIP7 born and raised in Queens, New York is a Thai-American painter living in Bangkok. He has been published in art magazine Juxtapoz. As well as being referred as a ''future star'' in the book ''History of American Grafffiti" from Abrams publishing. CHIP7 often uses chroma-depth 3d glasses technology to increase the interactive experience of the onlooker. Shifting his time to a stronger focus on studio work,his mixed media paintings have been exhibited and collected across many American cities such as LA, NY and Seattle as well as abroad in Hong Kong, China and Antwerp, Belgium. His work has been featured in the books FREIGHT TRAIN GRAFFITI[ABRAMS] and BROKEN WINDOWS. New York Graffiti [GINGKO]. Plus was part of ''Primary Flight'' the large scale outdoor mural series for Art Basel in Miami and has painted live for TOYOTA/SCION in Philadelphia. He has also produced work for international brands including Nike, Smirnoff, Isuzu, Aloft Hotels and Red Bull. Recently he painted a mural for 911 By JT complex was art director for the "Make It Happen" music video by DaBoyWay and YaYa. March 28th will mark the release of his mv for "Days of Thunder" featuring Corpus. "Inspired as much by traditional Thai art as futuristic fantasyscapes conjured by his own restless mind. Chip's graffiti is a cultural hybrid that has become his trademark style in recent years,opening doors in other creative and commercial projects"
